Should you the Realtor stage your listings?
I have many discussions with Realtors about should they have their listings staged.
I completely understand why they wouldn't, and cost is the number one reason. From the photo aspect, its going to help with the future home buyer to envision what their new home is going to look like (or could look like). An empty home can still work and may be the best thing for you to do with the current budget you have. Ive found that people that spend the little bit of money to stage their listings get back more than what they put into the staging. If nothing else the Realtor would be setting the stage for future clients that want to sell their home. They will have you the Realtor in mind for their next listing as they remember that you had the listing looking its best.
Here you will a couple photos I took of a beautiful home that didn’t have anything in the house once it went on the market. You can see the difference that having a house staged makes on a house and how important it can be for you the Realtor and your future clients.
Tell me what your thoughts are. Im curious to know. I feel that it in the end helps the home sell for more money, brings possible higher end clients, helps the buyer see what their house can look like. There are many reasons why to stage. Im sure there are a few reasons why not to stage as well. Curious to know from a Realtors position.
